bi-Cube^® IPM offers, among other things, the possibility to automatically conduct the provisioning by a web component. User can comfortably apply e.g. a role or a system from every workstation. This simplifies the administration work, because the role assignment is processed automatically.

Now receive a live experience of our Provisioning & Process Management in the partner portal of iSM. Turn into a bi-Cube^® --administrator and assign user, apply or administer role applications and track the automatic allocation of roles and systems. All you need is a valid e-mail address. ***

Procedures:

1. Here you may apply for the demo-access of a live demonstration at the Partner Portal! (contact form)

2. Every prospective client will be created to our productive Identity & Provisioning Management System, as the demo leader for his/her organizational unit (OU).
3. Via e-mail you will receive the needed log-on data for iSM’s Partner Portal
4. After the first sign on, you will be asked to change your password.
5. Please read the document: "Functions of our bi- Cube^® Live Demo" Provisioning & Process Management.
6. As the demonstration leader, you may apply for roles and additional system applications, or add additional users to your OU, so that they can also access and test this demo. It is necessary you apply the group ” bi-Cube^® demo”, to your co-workers, in the item ”employee groups”.
7. With the integration of new demo users in the employee group, bi-Cube^® Demo, the users will receive a basis role (job role). This role contains the System, Partner Portal, and with this, the access to the Partner Portal. Following, the demo user will receive an e-mail with the access data.
8. With the access data for the Partner Portal, the new user can also create roles or request systems, and the demo leader will process the request
