To ensure an optimum future for iSM, we ourselves train competent employees.
Currently, several young people learn their profession under our supervision.
We'd like to provide them a perfect start into the professional life and at the same invest
in our future.
We offer a challenging training to motivated and committed young people. Regardless of
whether a technical or business profession, our trainees receive the best education.
Our instructors do not only teach technical skills, we also strive to support young
people and offer them a secure start into the workforce.
For us, this includes the introduction to all business processes as well as to teach
social skills. After the training, they have achieved a varied and
interesting range of responsibilities and a career with prospects and possibilities
for future development.
Our new trainees of 2009:
Jessica Brach - Businesswoman for marketing communication |
 |
Jessica Brach likes to be creative. This is why she decided to obtain a profession as
Businesswoman for marketing communication. In particular the diversified field of action
with this occupation has inspired her. The native of Brandenburg has moved to Rostock to
obtain her three year training. In her spare time Jessica lets her creativity run freely;
she plays the clarinet in a big band and likes to photograph. |
Christopher Mohr - IT specialist for applications development |
 |
This year Christopher Mohr has completed his higher education entrance qualification in
Potsdam Germany and decided to obtain a profession as IT Specialist for system integration.
Since this young 21 year old also enjoys computer programming in his spare time, his
decision was easy. Christopher feels comfortable at iSM and lives now in Rostock.
After the training he is interested to undertake a postgraduate degree. But
first he wants to fully concentrate on the next three years and complete his training
with excellence. |
Andreas Schulze – IT Specialist for system integration |
 |
The native of Rostock, Andreas Schulze is with his 18 years of age the youngest apprentice in iSM.
His training already begins with the second year, because of his high qualifications. Also besides his
sport activities, working with computers are part of his free time. Andreas is thrilled
about his training since he can actively participate in solving problems and learning new things
every day. After a successful training completion he is already interested in a professional
perspective in at iSM. |
